The online applications are invited for appointing Research Assistant (Full-time) Research Assistant Part-time and Field Investigators for the research project funded by the Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR), New Delhi under Major research project scheme. The project positions are purely on temporary basis.

Brief about the Project

• This is an action research project designed to understand the skills and competencies level gaps among the trained professional social workers working in different field practice setting.
• Further, it aimed to enhance to skills and competencies of social practitioner to bring positive social change in the society through training/workshops.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• The candidate should have knowledge about social work education/ profession.
• The candidate must have post-graduate qualification in social work (M.A in Social Work/ MSW from Central/ State, Deemed recognized University. The candidate must have at least 55 % marks in M.A.S.W/ MSW.
• The candidate applying for the Research Assistant Full-time position preferred with NET and Ph.D. in Social Work.

Note

• These positions purely on a temporary basis for the duration of the project.
• The candidate must demonstrate willingness to travel at the project locations for data collections.
• There is no provision of TA/DA to attend the physical interviews on mentioned dates.
• Mere fulfilling the essential qualification does not guarantee the selection for the mentioned position. The selection shall be made based on the performance in the interview.
• Candidates must have to bring all the relevant documents in original and one set of attested photocopies of the same.
• The candidate must have an understanding of research, the writing and documentation, these skills are essentially required for smooth and timely execution of the project.
• The selected candidate must have to have to join immediately.
