Eligibility Criteria

Admissions in Ph.D. Programmes will be as per the latest UGC Regulations.

Selection Process

The Ph.D. admissions will be conducted through AI-based remotely proctored SHUATS Online Ph.D. Entrance Test (SOPET) and Online Departmental Interview.

Admit cards/ Call letter can be downloaded from the University website (www.shuats.edu.in) only.

There will be 100 objective type questions, out of which 20 questions are based on General / Academic aptitude and 80 questions are based on the subject studied at master’s level.

Note: Candidates who had cleared UGC/ICAR/CSIR JRF Test within one year from the date of this advertisement need not appear in the Online Entrance Test. However, they have to fill the Entrance Test Application Form and attend Online Departmental Interview.
