Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya PhD Admission 2025-26

Online Application forms in the prescribed format are invited for admission in Ph.D. programme of the Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya, Chitrakoot, Satna (M.P.).

Eligibility

• Post graduate degree in relevant subject with 55% marks and 5% relaxation for SC and ST candidate.
• The entrance examination will be held in offline mode.
• The candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination but their result of last year /semester of qualifying examination is still awaited are also eligible to apply for the courses it will be treated as provisional admission. They will have to submit proof of passing at time of interview.
• If the candidate has not fulfilled requisite qualification at any stage, his/her candidature will be rejected and all the fees of any kind deposited will be forfeited.
• Candidates who have passed JRF/NET/Other Equivalent examination conduct by UGC/CSIR/ICHR /ICPR/ICSSR will be exempted from the entrance examination, but it will be mandatory to appear in the interview.
• Part-Time Ph.D. candidates working in government/Semi-government service can apply with NOC from the institution for admission.
• For admission eligibility, fee etc. are available in information bulletin on university website (web: www.gramodayachitrakoot.ac.in)
• The reservation policy for admission will be as per department of higher education, Government of M.P.

• Candidate can submit application form through MPONLINE kiosk or using internet through MPONLINE portal (https://mgcgv.mponline.gov.in) and making the payment through credit/debit card or by net banking.
