Kerala Agricultural University PhD Admission 2025-26

Kerala Agricultural University invites applications from eligible candidates for PhD admission (RF Mode) in constituent Colleges/Institutions for the Academic Year 2025-26.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D in Animal Science
  • M.V.Sc., MSc. Agriculture, M.Sc, Horticulture, M.F.Sc. or Master’s Degree in any Life Science subject with Animal Science subject as electives at UG/PG level
  • 55% marks or equivalent Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) for the qualifying degree
  • Remedial courses should be taken by all the candidates who do not have studied Animal Science/related subjects in their UG or PG programme
• Ph.D in Applied Microbiology
  • Candidates who have completed their Master’s Degree in Microbiology/Life Science or Master’s Degree in Agricultural Microbiology/Plant Pathology with a minimum of 60 % marks

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on academic merit, entrance examination and interview as per the KAU guidelines.
