ABV IIITM Gwalior Summer Internship Programme 2025

Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology (ABV-IIITM) Gwalior invites applications for Summer internship from eligible scholars/students of other academic institutions and industries at ABV-IIITM, Gwalior in various disciplines and interdisciplinary areas.

Duration

The internship will be conducted between 10 May 2025 to 25 Jul 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have a good academic record since 12th and equivalent. In no case, a candidate with 2nd division in his academic career and a CGPA less than 7.0 (or equivalent % of marks) till 3rd semester examination (if internship is at the end of second year) or 5th semester examination (if internship is at the end of third year) is eligible for consideration.

Important Guidelines for Application

• The applicants are required to fill the relevant application form available at the institute website: www.iiitm.ac.in.
• Self attested copies of the academic credentials should be attached to the application.
• No Objection Certificate from the respective Institute should be attached to the application.
• Non-refundable Application fee of Rs. 200/- should be deposited online in the Institute account.
• The application along with application fee payment details should be sent to:

• Selection of shortlisted applicants will be done by internal committee based on the merits of the applications received.
• A student will be provided a conducive environment to work by extending him/her the infrastructural facilities, e.g., library, computing machine, Internet, online access of journal/conference proceeding available at ABV-IIITM Gwalior. It bears a cost which is as follows:
  • Infrastructural facilities: Rs.2,000/-
  • Hostel facility (optional – if required): Rs.4,000/-
  • Mess charges (optional – if required): Rs.7,500/-
